We ship anywhere within the United States and Canada.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, all orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after processing is complete.
During the busy holiday seasons, please note: this process may be extended and/or delayed. All orders placed on Federally observed holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.
We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, and weather-related delays.

Returns
Please send a return request to info@shopsaintbyseven.com prior to returning your merchandise.
Merchandise must be received in its original condition. Returns on regular-priced items will be accepted for unused, unwashed with original tags within 30 days from their ship date. All approved return requests beyond 30 days will be refunded in the form of a store- credit.
All sale items are final sale. Items purchased during any exclusive promotion or with the use of our VIP discount codes will be refunded via store- credit. Lingerie, intimates, swimwear, and resort wear are final sales.
Once your return is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and or refunded to you in the original form of your payment. Processing times may vary based on individual institutions.
